Rafael Ramos began his career as an engineer with Kelsey Hayes. He continued his career at Lear Corporation in Mexico and Brazil, later he joined Bombardier Transportation in the UK as Managing Director of Supply Chain, and then transitioned to Dell Mexico, Pacific Airport Group (GAP) and Ford Motor Company as Director of Acquisitions. He holds a BA in Industrial Engineering and graduate degree in Statistics both from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Francisco Javier Rion del Olmo served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief General Construction Unit of Grupo Industrial Saltillo SAB de CV. In the past, he was Chief of the Rail Control Solutions Division of Bombardier Inc. and previously Director General of Bombardier Mexico since 1995. He has experience in the area of Automotive and Transportation with the Ford Motor Co., and Dina Buses for over 15 years in Mexico and the U.S. Rion Holds a Master`s degree from the University of Michigan and a BS in industrial Engineering from Universidad La Salle. He also received a graduate degree in Statistics from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

José Luis Ortiz is an Industrial Engineer, graduated from the Autonomous Metropolitan
University of Mexico, he holds a MBA and a Diploma in Business Administration,
both from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
Ortiz has over 26 years experience in companies such as Procter & Gamble, Kuehne & Nagel,
Truper, McDonald's, and Silodisa. He has a vast international experience from assignments
in Cincinnati (USA), Chicago (USA), Guatemala (Guatemala) with leadership and financial
responsibilities of over USD 200 million for operations in Latin America.
José specializes in Basic Reliability, TPM (Total Plant Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing,
Short Cycle Management, TQM, Statistical Process Control, Theory of Constraints and Six Sigma.
Enrique Torres

Enrique Torres is a Mechanical Engineer, graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute
ESIME, and has attended several graduate programs in both Mexico and the United States
(ITESM: Statistics and Finance; Leadership: University of Michigan; Lean Manufacturing: Canada).
He has extensive professional experience as Plant Manager and Quality in Ford Mexico, headed
the Cleveland Engine Plant 1, and was the Vice President of Ford in the Caribbean. Torres was
part of the Group Processing of Ford Mexico for Lean Manufacturing as well as the transition
from Visteon to a separate business unit.
